Dear Sir/madam,
One of my relative named rahul is 12 years old.
Rahul's mother has passed away last year (2015).
He is living with his Grand Mother and Grand Father (Fathers's Mother and Father) in Kolkata.
Rahul's father(Shayam) is also staying in the same house.
In Oct. 2015, Rahul's father(Shayam) married another lady. Now, they are having a new born son.
Now, in Aug 2016, Rahul's maternal Grand father(Mohan) wants to register 0.5 acres of land (residential) to Rahul.
Also, Mohan wants to give a cash amount of Rs 5 lakhs to Rahul
But Mohan is having a fear that this land and cash may be grabbed/taken-away by Shayam, as currently Shayam is the guardian/father of Rahul.
Q1. How to provide the ownership for the above land and cash to Rahul ? and also make sure that this property should never be grabbed/taken-away by Shayam ?
Q2. Mohan wants: till Rahul is alive, Rahul shouldn't be able to sell/give this property to Shayam ?
Note: (Rahul may sell this proprty to a third person but not to Shayam(his father)
